Solution-focused coaching using horses

Consider the question: where do I get energy from? Dwell on all the concerns I have and unravel how this originated? Or rather, I spend time thinking of solutions to reduce my worries?

By Ride By The Sea, there is the possibility to be coached by horses. When coaching using horses are your life issues to light. The horse has been highly developed senses and is very sensitive in nature so that it can survive. A horse can also see people interacting with our human emotions: it recognizes grief, despondency, fear, uncertainty, but also inner strength, peace and joy. The mirror that the horse during the coaching session for the coached keeps getting coached the beautiful, difficult and sometimes new insights. The different roles and patterns that the coachee has its own network, for example in his family or at work in his team be clear during the coaching session.

As a coach I assist the coachee in examining options and help him or her on the road to find their own solutions.
